Employees can check availability before calling or transferring calls using the web switchboard, mobile app, or personal switchboard client. Everyday needs are simplified, and we make sure all calls are answered as well as possible.
In Telia Smart Connect, it’s easy to integrate your calendar and the company’s active directory with the company directory. Your calendar will determine which profile will be activated based on availability, and the active directory will connect you with the right role and skill.
