Telia Smart Connect has now become ISO Certified according to the 27 001 standard. At the start of 2024, we successfully completed the external audit for ISO 27 001 certification, demonstrating our adherence to stringent information security standards, focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Key enhancements include:
- Smart Connect Web and Mobile App now offer enhanced user control, allowing for the selection of presence status and call forwarding to be applicable for both fixed and mobile numbers or solely the fixed (work) number.
- The “Customer Satisfaction Module” in Smart Connect, enabling streamlined tracking of customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) or customized surveys, with the capability to automatically send these surveys via SMS after a call, in selected groups.

- Introduction of ‘Default Call Handling on Company Level’, enabling a standard setting across the solution for users who have not configured their individual settings.
