Mobile App – Queues

The Telia Smart Connect mobile app simplifies queue management, allowing you to monitor queue statuses and log in or out of queues, directly in your phone.

How to get started

  1. Enter the Smart Connect mobile app.
  2. Enter the main menu ☰.
  3. Click “Queues”.
  4. Select the queue you wish to manage.

Queues

In the overview you are able to see queue status, and log in and out of queues you are a member off. If you have additional access you may also administrate other users log in status.

Edit queues

To edit a queue, click the queue and press the pencil icon. From here you can add, remove and change priority of the members.

Queue filters

By clicking the top right corner you can manage the queue filters, that let you choose which queues that should be shown, to easier navigate the queue list.

Restricted write access

The queues or elements administrators does not have access to edit, will be locked, and a lock-icon will be displayed. The user can still see members of the queues, and see what users are logged on/off the queue, but is not able to edit.
